Home and Village Managers
Enliven’s Home and Village Managers are responsible for the overall operation and development of their Enliven site. They make sure we have welcoming, comfortable and vibrant environments for staff, residents and visitors to enjoy.
Their role includes supervising staff, ensuring we remain resident focused and directed, connecting family members and making sure everyone is catered for.

Home office staff, including the receptionist and/or office administrator, are super-organised and friendly too!
They juggle a range of tasks such as reception and customer service, administration and accounts management in the homes to keep operations efficient and effective.

Enliven’s Central Hub provides business infrastructure services to all our Enliven homes and villages. Teams include Human Resources, Payroll, Property, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Communications and Fundraising.
