Romika’s Nursing Journey

Romika started her nursing career in beautiful Fiji in 2011, following a successful and active career pathway in Fiji Romika and her husband Imran decided to make the courageous move to New Zealand in 2023. Romika had been interviewed for the CAP – competency assessment program- and identified immediately as suitable for potential clinical leadership pathway. With a very specific career pathway identified, her arrival into NZ has required Romika to work especially hard to get “work fit” for a senior clinical leadership role. Joining Levin home in December, Romika is excited to work alongside a growing registered Nurses team, supporting the CAP program while developing the current team to reach their full potential.
