Abingdon Village comprises 14 one-bedroom villas (approx. 48.3 m² including patio) in St John’s Hill, Whanganui.  

Villas are nestled among native trees and gardens that look out over Whanganui. They form a quiet, charming enclave with English-garden character.

The villas surround historic Abingdon House (designed by Chapman-Taylor), which now acts as the communal centre with shared lounge, dining room and guest accommodation.
