Positive ageing services across Hutt Valley
An elder-centred community
At Woburn Home, everything we do is guided by Enliven’s elder-centred philosophy of care. That means you can expect companionship, spontaneity, fun, meaningful activity, and a real sense of purpose in daily life.
We encourage residents to stay closely connected with family, friends, and the wider community. Many residents take an active role in decision-making at Woburn Home – including joining interview panels for new staff – ensuring your voice and choices matter.
A full range of positive ageing services
Our specialised dementia care approach helps residents stay connected to the world around them, often improving language, memory, self-esteem, and social interactions. We also provide short-term respite and health recovery care (subject to availability), giving both residents and families peace of mind.
