Flavour Creations’ Custards are portion controlled & ready to eat desserts which can be consumed straight from the cup at room temperature or chilled. Free of artificial flavours and colours, Nourish Custards are perfect for morning or afternoon tea and is a source of calcium. These desserts are a lunch box staple or an ideal solution for those who do not like cold foods.

Ice Creams

Flavour Creations’ Ice Creams are delicious and is sure to take people with dysphagia/swallowing difficulties on a trip down the memory lane.  Using all natural colours and flavours, each portion-controlled 120g shelf stable cup provides 3 kcal per gram. Unlike other ice creams, SCREAMIES No-Melt Ice Cream’s unique formula means it can be served frozen, chilled or at room temperature, suitable even for people on IDDSI Level 4 Pureed diets.

Flavour Creations’ Mousse are delicious and is perfect for people with a sweet tooth. Packed in a conveniently sized cup, Flavour Creations’ Mousse helps you improve your daily nutritional intake as it is made with 27 vitamins and minerals, and loaded with 8 grams of protein.

Viscosity and dysphagia

Enliven and Flavour Creations recommend dysphagia patients or anybody with swallowing difficulties to consult a Speech Language Therapist for evaluation of any swallowing difficulties and recommendation of suitable products. If following a Texture C diet, Flavour Creations recommends consulting a Speech Language Therapist and/or Dietitian before consumption.
