My transition from a Registered Nurse to a Nurse
Practitioner (NP) pathway has been fueled by
passion, determination, and a clear sense of purpose.
During my time as an RN (Clinical Coordinator), I
gained a profound appreciation for patient care,
advocating for those who needed it, while refining my
clinical abilities. As I progressed, I felt a strong urge to
broaden my responsibilities, enhance my impact, and
elevate the level of care I could provide.
This passion for becoming an NP, along with
consistency, has been crucial in my journey. It
motivated me to embark on the NP pathway, where I
embraced advanced practice, evidence-based
decision-making, and a holistic approach to patient
management.
The shift has been both challenging
and fulfilling, reinforcing my dedication to offering
compassionate, patient-centered care at a higher level.
Reflecting on my four-year journey at Enliven, I began
as a Clinical Coordinator, then advanced to Nurse
Manager, followed by Nurse Prescriber, and
ultimately transitioned to NP.
This has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and I feel fortunate to have received such
strong support from my team and workplace.
